Design Features:
- Deep burgundy velvet panels cover the wall behind the bed. Their rich tone is framed in slim gold trim that catches light along the edges. That bold colour choice gives the room instant drama without needing extra pattern or artwork nearby.
- The ceiling above the bed has this lit fabric piece draped over it sort of twisting the way a ribbon does if you drop it. Little lights follow the folds, some warm red, some cream. It comes down lower than you'd expect, close enough that it feels like it belongs to the bed and not just the ceiling.
- The pendants beside the bed weren't picked as a matching set and that seems to be the point. One's round and the other is a bit angular both in soft white ceramic. That mismatch loosens things up a little next to such a formal velvet wall.
- An ivory headboard with a soft curve along the top sits in front of all that burgundy, and the pale fabric pops right off the darker wall behind it. Low round side tables in dark wood and warm brass sit on each side, and their curves play off the headboard nicely.
- Along the side wall, the closet doors are woven rattan. After all the velvet and metal in here, that bit of natural texture helps even things out.
