Design Features:
- Hand crafted butterflies rest on the wall above the bed, gold trim edging each wing against a soft ivory base. Arranged in a loose flight pattern of varying sizes, they bring a delicate touch to an otherwise formal room.
- Now look higher. The chandelier isn't one fixture so much as a spread of curved glass leaves, some warm bronze, some clear, hanging from thin cables at all different heights. From below it looks a bit like a flock of something that just took off. Pretty clever pairing with the butterflies, honestly.
- The panelling behind the bed has vertical ribbed fabric that curves softly at the top, then rolls straight into a smooth headboard that wraps around both sides. No hard break anywhere. The whole wall reads as one piece, which you don't see that often.
- On each side sits a nightstand with a marble top, white with grey veins, a nice cool break from all the warm beige. The lamps on them have brass bases and drum shades. That brass? Same gold as the butterfly wings. Small detail but it ties things together.
- A plush grey rug softens the space beneath the bed against the darker wood flooring and a rounded bench at the foot continues that same curved language found throughout the headboard.
