Design Features:
- The arch is padded, not carved. A diamond-quilted surface runs the full height of the niche, backlit from behind. Shadow catches at every stitch point, and that alone gives it more depth than any flat panel could manage.
- A solid stone pedestal sits at the base of the arch, holding the Quran open at chest height. No stand, no folding legs. Just one carved block doing the job, heavier and more permanent-looking than wood ever reads.
- Two half-moon wall sconces flank the arch at matching height, warm light spilling down the curved wall either side. Nothing overhead competes with them. Between the two sconces and the arch itself, that's the entire lighting story for the room.
- Warm terracotta and blush tones run across every surface here, walls, carpet, even the stone podium picking up the same undertone. No accent breaks the palette anywhere. The whole space ends up reading as one continuous material rather than separate finishes.
- Two prayer rugs sit spaced apart on the floor, deep green with a matching gold medallion pattern. Identical, not mismatched, built for two people praying side by side rather than a larger family group.
