Design Features:
- Marble, cut into a tall arch. Whoever matched the veining took their time, because the pattern nearly folds back onto itself. There's a light tucked behind the stone too, so it glows a bit against all the wood. Hard to miss when you walk in.
- The light fixture up top is basically loose metallic ribbon, twisted and left to hang however it wants. Every curve catches the light a little differently. It looks less like a chandelier and more like fabric caught halfway through falling.
- Cream sectionals wrap around three sides of the room in a U shape. A few teal and taupe cushions got tossed on, and honestly, the pale fabric needed them.
- You'd think all that seating would make it tight here. It doesn't. There's still a clean path down the middle, so you're not turning sideways to get past someone's knees.
- The side tables are marble and they light up from underneath. Once it's dark out, they look kind of like lanterns. No other lamps in the room and you don't miss them.
