Design Features:
- First thing anyone notices walking in is the ceiling fixture. Crystal strands at all different lengths, no real symmetry to it, just hanging down from a black ceiling in a way that looks almost accidental. That's actually harder to pull off than a neat symmetrical chandelier, and it's why the room doesn't feel like it came from a catalogue.
- No drywall here. The two side walls are fluted glass, so you get enough blur for privacy during a call but the skyline outside still shows through in these broken vertical stripes. Works better than blinds honestly, since you keep some daylight either way.
- The marble floor probably ate a good chunk of the budget and it shows. Veining runs in a direction that happens to echo the chandelier above it, whether that was planned or just lucky. Either way a room this compact needed something to make it feel less boxed in, and the reflective stone does that job.
- Black and gold isn't a colour scheme everyone can pull off but Dubai offices use it a lot, and there's a reason. Brass trim along the walls, chrome star base chairs in brown leather, the whole thing reads more established than a startup trying too hard.
- Table looks like solid timber from a glance but it's not, it's engineered wood with a veneer top. Makes sense given how much AC these buildings run year round. Real wood would start warping within a year or two under that kind of humidity swing.
