Design Features:
- A raised gold "Allah" inscription sits mounted on the wall beside a tall navy and gold geometric panel. The two work together rather than one drowning out the other. No backlighting here at all, the contrast comes purely from colour and material.
- A circular ceiling medallion dominates the room from above, an intricate gold mandala pattern set against deep navy. Easily the most detailed single feature in space. Walls, floor, furniture, none of it matches this level of detail.
- Navy velvet drops floor to ceiling across the window, sheer white tucked in behind it. Gold ties pull both curtains back at matching points. Look up and that same gold shows again in the medallion, so the room ends up talking to itself, ceiling to floor.
- The right wall holds built-in shelving, dark navy inside each recess. Lanterns sit there. So do decorative vases, each one catching a little recessed light. Because the interior stays dark, everything placed on it jumps forward rather than fading into the wood.
- Two rugs anchor the floor, both on polished marble. One's navy with gold mihrab detailing. The other's ivory, same pattern, just rendered in cream instead. A cream armchair with navy trim sits close by. Yet another seat, yet another piece pulled from the same colour thread running through the whole room.
